Dianna Agron, also known as the queen of subtle hair transformations, is back at it again. On June 13, the actor attended the premiere of Wes Anderson's "Asteroid City" in New York wearing a chic black suit and her typically blond hair was a deep-brunette shade, save for the "money-piece" highlights around her face.
Done by celebrity hairstylist Eric Williams, Agron's hair was pulled into sleek '90s-style low bun with spiky ends. Her money pieces framed the right side of her face, emphasizing her deep side part. She finished the timeless ensemble with barely-there base makeup and a bold red lip.
Similar to the chunky highlights of the '90s, money pieces help brighten up your color, and in turn, add some shape to your style without completely changing your look. They're a great way to experiment with color without dyeing your entire head, which makes for less-frequent trips back to the salon. With the summer months around the corner, the strategically-placed highlights can leave you looking sun-kissed in the best way.
If you missed out on the money-piece train years ago, now's your chance to get your fill. Take a closer look at Agron's hair below.
